Paper Dress Swap

I have joined the paper dress swap over at jeweled elegance. Of course I had to start right then in making my dresses. I didn't have any paper I was thrilled with and since it was late at night I copied fabric on my copy machine and came up with this cute little thing. If you look closely at the green you can see dog hair that was on the copy machine.
Couple more. I was playing with the pattern. Katrina at LittleLaLas is my partner. She lives in Australia. I really wanted to do a Halloween dress, but who knew they don't celebrate Halloween down under. So, oh darn I guess I will have to keep the witch outfit. It's what every stylish witch will be wearing this year.

Oh! These are sooo cute! And I love the idea of copying fabric on the copy machine -- what a clever idea!

They don't celebrate Halloween in Australia? I didn't know that. Your little witch is just darling! Loving that boa!! It's perfect spooky couture for witches this year! :)

Love your dresses, I am in a dress swap over at speckled egg. I have copied fabric before and it really turns out pretty neat. You can actually see the texture of the fabric. Looking forward to having you as a halloween party hat swap partner.

Hi Becky! I know, I get lots of comments about Australia not celebrating Halloween (see I had to even look how to spell it!!). I know we have always been aware of Halloween, and when I was young at school, we would do make little things and maybe have a dress up for school, but it certainly isn't a huge thing. Some people do celebrate it I am sure, but it is not huge, nor do our shops sell Halloween items and get right into the theme. We also don't have Thanksgiving (did you know that one?). Have a great day!!
